    After a little snooping around on the support forum, I discovered the culprit. After disabling the W3 Total Cache plugin, the slideshow shows up fine on all browsers and on my phone.

    Sometimes the cache might just need to be cleared. You could also try adjusting the cache settings, like disable the script minifying feature as this can cause issues with the slideshow scripts.
