Nextgen Slideshow?

    I downloaded the Nextgen plugin and created a gallery. Now how do I turn that gallery into a slideshow and put it in one of my posts?

    Can you please explain what that is? I know ZERO about wordpress and these plugins.

    Example of shortcode to include in page or post:

    [slideshow id=1 random max=6 w=400 h=400]

    This would:
    add the gallery of id=1
    the slides would be random
    the slideshow would show only 6 images of the gallery
    the w and the h should match the width and height of the images in the gallery (which should be uniform for best display)

    One could just use:

    [slideshow id=1]

    and use the gallery id # you desire.
