This is more likely a CSS issue which may be revealed with a site link, without we would be hard pressed to even guess.

My Dear Friend : When you upload Post image from admin section , WordPress Crop the Image in different different size , totally it save three image for a single post, So on your home page you are calling different size of image, on single post page you are calling different size of image , Trust me I am a WordPress developer From last 3 year ,
Just check this
For home page : http://www.streetpresence.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/adicarlo_gq_29feb12_b1-240×240.jpg
For single Page : http://www.streetpresence.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/adicarlo_gq_29feb12_b1-200×300.jpg
So is there anyway of fixing it?
I do appreciate the help btw.
you need to call same image in your home page as you are calling it single post ,
Eg: <?php the_post_thumbnail(array(200,300)); ?>
this function will resolve your problem. So open your index.php in theme and place this function there.
I’m confused. I know how to access the style sheet, (style.css) but then what…? Do I click on ‘Main Index Template’? Do I just copy and paste the link anywhere? How do I find the relevant bit of coding?
