    nope, you didnt upload /wp-includes/wp-db.php

    thats a pretty straight-forward error.

I did, I uploaded the folders and the files twice. Their on my site. I still get the same message. Do I upload all the files in the folders all in blog folder? or keep them in their original folders inside my blog folder?

I dont have a blog yet. I was trying to get wordpress to work first. I really have no idea what Im doing. I did everything the 5 minute install tutorial on this site said.(http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress#Things_to_Know_Before_You_Begin) I tried the detailed install but i guess the phpMyadmin on my site is differnt than the tutorials' because it said click the priviages button and I never found one or any way to create a new user like the tutorial said.

when I asked "where is your blog" I should have said where are you trying to install this? What is the url to the where you have uploaded the files, in other words.

the problem in your first post has nothing to do with mysql, that I cant tell.

so without an answer to that question, im afraid i cant be much more help
