[Plugin: WP Marketplace – WordPress Shopping Cart System] purchase plugin is not the same as demo

Seem like the demo is not exactly the same as the actual plug in display.
1- cant get the product image to show.
2- how to set up the permalink?
3- how to set up the affiliate?
4- site is slow
5- in the bottom status bar it displaying: connecting to site.com then http://www.site.com its like its trying to connect to both
