[Plugin: Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-on] Does plugin support multiple lists?

I’ve got multiple lists defined in my CC account and want to create a Gravity form that allows users to check the lists they are interested in.

Is this possible?

I’m using GF 1.6.4.5.4 and GF CC 2.0.2
