Did you add the {download_list} tag to the purchase receipt email in Settings > Emails?
Yes, the text of the email I set up is below:
Hi {name}:
On {date} you purchased the below item or items for a total of {price}.
Please click to download:
{download_list}
Regards,
{sitename}
Does your product have both a URL AND a name set for each downloadable file?
By name set, do you mean “file name”? If so, then no.
But I just added a file name and it’s working now. Thanks!
Correct, at the moment the file name is required. An update will be made at some point that will make it not required.
My email’s are not sending out links either – but all my downloads have file names and URL’s
Help…
@batsirai – Do you mean that the emails are sent, just without download links inside them, or that no emails at all are sent?
Emails are being sent – but without the download link being active. Its just the text with no hyperlink in the email.
eg
Hi
Thank you for your purchase at The Vehicle List.
Your download(s):
Passenger Cars US/Canada
– Love the plugin by the way – and will be getting some extensions.
What application are you viewing the email in? Outlook?
Gmail – for me. But my customers are probably all over.
If you wish I can give you access to my backend.
Or you can use the discount coupon “FREETEST” and order something – it will not ask you to pay anything.

Batsirai, just to clarify: in the Download Configuration section of the product, you have File Name and File URL in the Download Files fields filled out, correct?
yes 🙂
Check that first, after reading your posts. Very weird.
I just updated to the latest plugin version Version 1.1.4.1
Batsirai, just checking 🙂 In that case, I have no idea.
Alright something is definitely up. I just did a test purchase and the email is broken. Can you send me a screenshot of your Download Configuration?
@yaelkmiller Thansk for jumping in 🙂
