WordPress Pagination:How to do it

    I have made a wordpress theme for a client. I use a template in my blog page. It shows the recent 2 posts. How do I add navigation to it. I tried posts_nav_links(). It adds a next link which goes to page two but does not show new content. What do I do?

    Does your template use a custom query?

    yeah, it has a query_post(“posts_per_page=2”). I found that the number of posts come from the amount specified in wp-admin under reading. I have 3 posts published at the moment
