[Plugin: WP-PostRatings] 500 errors

    I am getting some 500 errors from Google webmaster tools for this plugin. When i look at the error logs I see the many of the following:

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function current_user_can() in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-postratings/postratings-templates.php on line 21

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-postratings/wp-postratings.php on line 37

    [28-Jun-2012 11:23:33 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function current_user_can() in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-postratings/postratings-options.php on line 21

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function current_user_can() in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-postratings/postratings-manager.php on line 21

    I also see that when i google this error there are many sites with the same problem.

    Any fix for this?
