    Hi there

    I’ve set a custom footer image, company name and URL, and it shows OK for both my admin and editor account.

    I assume you’re on the latest versions of the plugin and WP?

    Can you send a screen shot of what your current config is to info at video user manuals dot com Attn Ben and I’ll see what we can do.
