Photo captions dislodged in v3.4.1

Upgraded to 3.4.1 yesterday and first post under new version doesn’t align the photo captions correctly. I had to go in and manually edit the code for it to work. Here’s what it gives for HTML when a photo caption is added, and you can clearly see the caption broken and added at the end of the code:

Any easy way to fix this without having to manually edit the HTML every time?
