Your username, your password, or your host name (the DB_HOST value) is wrong. Verify those three things. You will have to get the correct values from your host. Your username and password may or may not be the same as, for example, your FTP user/pass or your cPanel user/pass and the hostname might not be ‘localhost’. It could be ‘127.0.0.1’ or something very different depending on how your host has things set up.

The problem is with the username, or password or database name. The host is correct.
To confirm this,from the error code you can see that you are able to connect but getting an access denied because:
1. or the credentials are incorrect
2. or the credentials are correct but not using the correct database name / have no access to the database.
pls help me i have a problem trying to upload the back up of my website to a new one but i keep getting this error message after i finish uploading with fillzilla.

If you have moved your site you need to make sure that
1. You have moved your database to your new server
2. Have changed your database credentials in wp-config.php
