Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

really ? i see my website slow. i have to spend about 10 second to load it
Today it’s taking about 10 seconds to connect to the server. Yesterday, it only took about 3 or 4 seconds. Best guess, this is a server or network issue. The delay is occurring because the site cannot be contacted – not because there’s a problem in the site itself. I’d suggest having a word with your hosts about this. It might also help if you could also include some ping and/or traceroute examples.

i have about category and have about 3 post for each category. this is problem ?. when i check pingdom.com, i see it a lot of times wait data from browser. how i can fix this problem. i install some cache as wp super cache, w3 cache.thanks for your help
