    Sorry for a late answer. Yes, there is an optimal size. The size of the original WP-Logo on the login screen: 274px by 63px.

    I’m overhauling the code of the plugin and will give a possibility to change that as well in August this year.

    The version 1.5 of the plugin is comming. Allas still not for comfortable multisite use (as planned) but with adjustable sizes for the logo and its area.
