Contact 7 sends enquiry to email multiple times

    I have a problem with my client’s contact 7 form. When an enquiry is sent she receives about 10 emails of the same enquiry. I use contact 7 on all my sites and never have this problem so I am not sure where to look or how to solve this problem – can someone help please?
