Weaver ii theme

    I’m using Weaver ii theme.
    I built a whole site with it.
    Now I want the same theme only to build an equal site in Hebrew. I dont need automatic translations. what I need is to be able to use Weaver ii but the menus tabs should start from right side of the page and continue to the left.
    How can I do it?
