ahhh cant find a widget…Please help

hello im looking for a plugin ,……a menu widget …for i need to display months and years for movie release dates…and what the menu to droop down let the user select the month and the in the menu the month stays in view on the menu

almost like starting a post here u see the select version of wp….but it will be links instead of just text
