Weird spam I can't get rid of…

I recently setup a fresh install of WordPress on my host, to be honest I have left it there for a couple of weeks doing nothing while I design it offline.

I noticed today I have some weird spam on the site that I cannot seem to get rid of. I have no comments on the site. What could be causing it?

The spam appears on any page/post I create.
