Site not working on mobile

Hi
I have a website running WP 3.4.1, and from the past few days, it is showing these errors:
1. It is not loading on mobile devices, and wp-admin shows “The themes directory is either empty or doesnt exist”. Thats funny because it works perfectly on Desktop.
2. I installed Google analytics tracking code and it just wont show any data. It just shows real-time visitors. No such problems are being seen on the subdomain.
