    Hi All,

Love the All-In-One Event Calendar plugin and have a simple question or request.

In Google Calendar, there is only one field for location. When importing a feed from Google Calendar, this one field populates the ‘Venue Name’ field, leaving the ‘Address’ field blank. Consequently, you can’t get maps for the locations unless you manually update the address (which then gets deleted upon the next update from the feed)

Since the maps feature is one of the more cool and useful elements of All-In-One Event Calendar, I would really like to find a way to get the location field from Google Calendar to parse into the ‘Venue Name’ and ‘Address’ fields in All-In-One.

Is this already possible through some delimiter syntax in my Google Calendar locations? Or if not, would it be possible to add a feature where All-In-One would recognize a special delimiter character (like a colon for instance) that one could place between Venue Name and Address in Google Calendar in order to split the address out properly?

And yes, this would push me over the edge to buy the Premium Version! 😉

    Thank you!!

    Hi managenet,

First thing first, the Premium version (from then.ly) is free 🙂

Now with regards to the Google feed – really good suggestion. I have forwarded this to our dev team, though I can’t say how long this will take.

Feedback like this is crucial for us to continue improving the plugin, so thank you for taking the time to post this.
