• Does anyone know of a plugin (or any way I could) have a attachment line (like when you upload and attach a file in regular email) in a contact form? I wouldn’t exactly know how this would work, if it’s possible, or if it would cause some security hazard, but if you have any info to suggest I would greatly appreciate it.

  • Hello,

I have change the Ryan’s original Wp-ContactForm plugin and add fields for attachments.

You can setup any number of attachments fields and change maximum size of files.

Please follow: http://www.roge.ru/?p=230 if you are interested.

I’m interested in your adapted Wp-ContactForm that includes attachments. Is it still available? (Your site seems to be down.)

There seems to be a problem with the plugin mentioned above, it only sends the images and not the text.

In the comments on the plugin page someone seems to have fixed it by changing the mime-boundry, but I have no clue on what this means…
As far as I know there is no alternative for this plugin, so any help on getting this to work would be greatly appreciated.

I incorporated the fix suggested by Garrick van Buren, and it works fine. It’s available for download here. In case anyone wonders, all the MIME boundaries need to be exactly the same, so the mail client knows where to split the message and display the text and each picture.

dbasulto, muchas gracias for fixing the bug.

Unfortunately the download link on your site doesn’t seem to be working. Could you fix it, or (in case it has something to do with my lousy pc or my stupidity) mail it to filipvaneenaeme@yahoo.com?

    Tnx a million!

The link has been fixed, but the plugin still doesn’t work correctly on my site. I still only receive the pictures, no text. Is this working for anybody else?
