  • I remember that woman, big business owner, who asked for $60 refund in 3 months after purchasing… She posted that she never used plugin, never climed for support, created free for her premium request and then in few minutes wanted refund, because nobody answered during these few minutes…

    If 21 days, when they refund anybody without any problems, are not enough to understand, that you can’t make work some WP-Property premium extention, that are very multifunctional but very simple to use, please don’t buy it. Use some other simple, young, free for now plugin with less functionality. Save your money and UD team time and they will improve their plugins more.

    I would suggest you get your facts straight before posting. I requested support numerous times and NEVER received a response. The only reason I posted a premium request was so that I would finally get a response so that I could request my refund. That is the only way that I ever got contacted. It was NOT because I did not get a response within minutes, so you are very much misinformed. I wish that I had saved my money. I have already found a free plugin that works SO much better than wp-property. No conflict with other plugins, easy to install, the map actually shows up, the files are so easy to read and update as needed. Not only did this product not work, the customer service representatives were extremely rude. They obviously have no desire to keep their customers satisfied, and that is not a company that I care to work with.

    But you had only $60 support funds for purchasing? Did you create another premium ticket before that? And they did not respond within 24 hours?

    I created four different requests. One was responded to that they would fix it so that you could change your password, but in fact, they had not even fixed that when I gave up on this product. The others never got a response, until I posted a premium ticket. The only way I got a response was by paying $60 for a premium ticket. And I only did that so that I could get their attention (finally!) to request a refund. Of course, it worked to get their attention and, of course, they refuse a refund. Read through forum – you will find hundreds of people with similar problems that I had, with zero response. They obviously cannot support their own plugin.

    Actually, I can see that majority of forum threads are answered, and people, who even did not pay, because WP-Property is free plugin, satisfied.

    WP-Property is very customizable plugin. I can do with it almost everything I want. I bought only Supermap, everything else I recieved for free. I can change what to display on map, one or few property types or properties with some attributes, I can filter them there. All I need was to press Check Updates on dashboard to make that premium feature work. It still works. Did you press on that button?

    When did you ask for refund at first?

    Yes, I pressed check updates. I disabled every other single plugin. I changed themes. Nothing would make the supermap (that I paid for) display. The property listings didn’t work for me either, and many others had the same problem. The company should have at least provided me support for the super map since I paid for it. I asked for the refund after not getting responses from support for over a week.

    You did not get responce on premium support request for over a week?

    No, I got a response from premium support, but only because I asked for a refund. That is the only time anyone from the company bothered to reply. I have work to get to and cannot continue to argue back and forth with you. I happened to have a horrible experience with this product and even worse with their customer service. I am glad that you had success with their plugin, good luck moving forward. I will not be submitting further responses on this thread.

    Maybe you should try to use Supermap feature. It’s really good. I like it at least. Ask them to set it for you. As I understand you still have support funds for premium support request. It’s free for you…
