[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] call sync with database function in other plugin

Hi i would like to know where i can find the sync with database function for this plugin.

I use another plugin to upload files (via ftp) with roles and permissions set up (thats why i cant use wp filemanager to upload stuff). But everytime i upload a file with that other plugin the filemanager is out of sync and i need to sync it manually. I want to automize that by executing the sync function when i upload a file with the other plugin.
