wp-table-reloaded Table not displaying

When my custom theme is activated my table does not show up on my posted page. My table does show up though when temporarily activate the default theme “Twenty Eleven.”

I saw in a previous post that wp-table-reloaded will not load properly if a theme is not fetching using the proper PHP call get_content(). Is there anyway for wp-table to force the short code?
