Importing from Blogger to 2.0.3 Won’t Get Past First Step

I’ve done a search and can’t find anything regarding this. I’m trying import from blogger and I’ve switched my publishing to blogspot and have done all that. When I go to import it in WordPress it takes about 20 minutes to go through the first steps (I have over 9,000 posts) but when it gets to 100% it starts all over to 0% and then doesn’t move on from there. I don’t get any kind of error, it just gets stuck once it hits 100%. I’ve tried resetting several times and still nothing.

Any ideas?
