Unless you post a link to your site, there is not much anyone can offer in the way of help…
That may be it thank you. I feel silly asking this but I cannnot figure out which of my files is showing this error. Do you know how to do that? i assumed it was my css file, but it seems like the html page….but which one?
Thanks
Yes, mark-up errors are in the html code. Where, exactly depends on where the error is coming from — sometimes it’s in the content, other times it may be in the php files.
The first error is because there is a bunch of CSS code in the body of the page — it needs to be in the head section of the page. Did you add that? Or what files have you modified?
Look at the validator results and it tells you which line the error is on (or near) — then you have to track it down, looking at the contents and if not there, at the php files that contain that area.
Since that’s a commercial theme, it’s really beyond these forums to help much — as they are not freely available, etc.
Oh wow thanks a ton. Looks like I have my work cut out for me. No I didn’t add that CSS…or maybe I did in error! Lol thanks a ton for your guidance. 🙂
