[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Displaying Exif data on gallery images

    Hi,

    I am using WordPress v3.4 and NextGEN gallery v1.9.3 on an free Eclipse (latest version as well) theme by Cyberchimps, all ok so far and making some modifications to create a custom template theme.

    Having trawled the net the last few days information is pretty sparse, and some out of date as the gallery has some features that people had previously modded to achieve. I have some experience of CSS and HTML but not really au-fait at all with PHP, so I have 2 questions:

    1) Is it possible to add some basic Exif data to gallery images (not single pictures)? I know you can view the Meta data in the Manage Gallery options, but this doesn’t append it to an image and not really quite sure what the point of that feature is.

    2) Is there a difinitive guide or some helpful web pages I can look at?
