Minimizing my page messes up my blog.

I am trying to edit the Twenty Eleven Child Theme CSS for my blog: http://theup-turn.com/ so that when the page is minimized the widget sidebar does not float to the bottom of the page.

I already edited the CSS so that the Page and Menu are static at 1000px but for some reason when the page s minimized the widgets float to the bottom when I’d rather them stay on the right side of the page hidden.
