This plugin is my favorite. It works great, I use all its functionalities and I am very impressed. πŸ™‚

The only thing the plugin seems to ignore is the list of files and directories in the Intrusion Detection section. I have set it to Exclude and in the box I added the line statistics/. When this still emailed me the list of changed files in that directory I tried to add filenames, e.g. statistics/index.php. Still receiving emails though.

The text underneath the box reads:

Directories should be entered in the from the root [sic] of the WordPress folder. For example, if you wish to enter the uploads directory you would enter it as “wp-content/uploads” (assuming you have not renamed wp-content). For files just enter the filename without directory information.

It doesn’t make sense if I put index.php in there, because I only want to exclude index.php in the statistics directory.

I can live with the daily email but perhaps this is something in the plugin that could deserve a bit more attention. Especially support for regular expressions would totally make my day…

But yeah all in all it’s a great plugin and I use it with pleasure.
