    Does the theme or a plugin do a remove_action() or a remove_all_actions()?

    Try de-activating other plugins, or a different theme.

    It looks that the add_action(‘wp_head’, ‘wppa_kickoff’, ‘100’); from the wppa plugin has been reverted.

    Also wp_enqueue_script(‘wppa’, WPPA_URL.’/wppa.js’, array(‘jquery’)); from the wppa+ plugin seems to be reverted.

    To me it looks like either the theme is very bad (not following the wp rules) or there is a plugin that damages a lot of things.

    I agree, the theme is horrible (I’m doing this for someone else)
