IP Tracking plugin for shopping cart

    I’m looking for an IP tracking plugin to use in my shopping cart. I want to be able to determine whether a customer is inside the US or not when an item is added to the shopping cart. Reason is that I offer free shipping in the US and charge for international shipping. I use Cart66 and Gravity Forms for my shopping cart. I use Photocrati for one template and an Elegant Themes template for the other site.
