[Plugin: Easy FancyBox] Where do I put the Custom CSS code?

    As per the information in the Easy FancyBox area of the WP Plugin Directory under the Other Notes tab and the Theme Conflicts heading, I have installed the Custom CSS plugin. I just can’t figure out where I am supposed to put the rule you have listed.

    I’m not a developer, just a pretty savvy user. Please provide directions where I put the rule you listed:

    #branding {
    z-index:999;
    }
