When i look at my blog on different browers some of the sections have shifted places, but i've seen on other people's blog they stay the same. How do i do that???? Plase help someone =)

What theme are you using? Generally speaking, that issue is related to how different browsers interpret the CSS.

my site is diorable.net and i just don't know how to fix the sidebar being out of the main frame

Looking at the structure, I can't say there's an easy way of doing it. You define widths and set paddings for the two columns, but aren't defining any wrapper with a master width. Generally speaking, you would need an outer wrapper, and then float the sidebar. However, without seeing the original code, I wouldn't be able to say what needs fixing.
