    Hi there,
I’ve just installed bbPress on a site with a custom parallax theme, using bbPress on a “normal” page, w/o the parallax.
bbPress working fine, but for some reason the attachements options does not display at all? I see it in the backend, but nothing displays in the front-end. I do not use the toolbar, could that be part of the reason?

Any suggestions would be most welcome and I can upload the site to a live-test server (developing locally on MAMP at the moment) if needed.

    /Claire

Do you have something in the server error log? Which WP and bbPress you use?

    Hello,

I have the same problem. I has dispared and I can’t make it visible again.

Try to activate default WP theme.

May be you have changed BBpress themplate files and removed any template function that used by GD bbpress attachments?

I have the same problem too, and i see attachments in default theme.

I didn’t find the solution. I made a new install of wordpress in a new DB. Now I use uploading downloading non-latin filename plugin because the origin of my problem was an upload with “é” in the file name

I had same problem. In my case, Checking “allow topics to have tags” under bbpress setting solved the problem.
when I uncheck that whole attachment field disappears again lol

Same problem here. I have WP 3.5.1, twentytwelve theme, bbPress 2.2.4 and GD bbPress Attachments 1.9.1. If “Allow topics to have tags” in bbPress settings is enabled the field for attachment on front-end completely disappears.

Fixed in 1.9.2. Uploader is now added at the end of topic/reply form.
