plugin to post topic by anyone

    Is there some kind of plugin, that , users can submit anytopic.. and then others can post comments on it ? (any one can submit a topic and anyone can comment on it ?)

    So users could make a post, publish it on your site and then anyone could leave comments? Sounds like you just need to let users register for your blog and set their permissions accordingly. Am I understanding you correctly?

    I am also interested in something like this. I want to allow users to post without having to register at all. The posts would still require Admin approval before appearing on the site, but no pre-registration would be required.

    Plus, I have tried setting the permissions to Author and even Editor and the program is stil not allowing the users to post.

    Try the Role Manager Plugin.
