[Plugin: Allow PHP in Posts and Pages] hyperlink not working….

I’m a PHP noob, so some quick help would be grand. I have the following code, and it doesn’t display the text with the hyperlink. Just text by itself.
[php] echo( ‘Click Me‘ ); [/php]
