[Plugin: Admin Management Xtended] Newbie with a question

I have beed trying to find a plugin that allows me to change affiliate links and banners across multiple posts. I am fairly new and have been spending a tremendoues amount of time on a post manually entering an affiliate link and/or affiliate banners through out the post.
Is this the product for the job? Seems like it, but I am not sure.
I am not a developer, so I do not want to get a plugin that requires me to be a coder.
