editor under write changed after installation

Im not quite sure what category this fits in but after upgrading deom 2.0.3 to 2.0.4 everything works fine except:

look for yourself. My editor shoiws the formatting icons as text only and the editor is not visual anymore. All I can do is typing HTML code into the field. Did something go wrong during installation?? What can I do to fix this?
