[Plugin: Faceted Search Widget] Title and search box not shown

The widget shows the list of keywords and tags as described, but there is no title or searchbox above that list, so it is in fact impossible to search using this widget.
Perhaps it is meant to be used together with another search widget. In that case I didn’t understand this from the description, so perhaps it should be improved.
