I have a fairly simple request. I would like to add a few words to my wp-register.php and possibly even an image and a change of background colour.
I have tried searching through the forum but cannot find anything which deals with this specifically.
I have added some words to the above file already but they are not very well positioned.
If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated.

Fiddle around with wp-admin/wp-admin.css
Create new tags as you wish to use with the register page, but just don't change / remove any existing ones :)
