I cant see the formatting icons anymore. Why?

When writing a post I cannot see any of the formatting icons anymore (bold, italic, html, align left, etc.). How can I fix this.
Im not sure when this happened. i just updated 2.0.3 to 2.0.4.. Could this have have happened during the update process? Everything went fine and Im not having any problems using wordpres at all but i cant think of anything else.

There is only one icon visible which is from the contact form plugin so its not one of the standard ones.

Hope somebody can resolve what went wrong.
