Im using UTF-8 encoding on my blog, and when i have characters like "? # & ñ" on a post title, they are erased from the URI. But characters like "¿ °" and such, are set in the uri in a weird format, such as %fs43 resulting in non working links in the blog. This happens on 2.0.2 and 2.0.3. Haven't tried 2.0.4 but i think it could happen there too since i didn't see anything like this on the changelog.
