Show Subscribe2 form in the sidebar

I have installed the Subscribe2 and the widgets plug-in. I have following the steps how to installing the Subscribe2 and that work great. I can se the subscribe form on a subscribe form page.

But my problem is that I will have the form in the sidebar. I have followed the steps on how to installing the Widget Plug-in and I have activated it in the admin panel. But I don’t understand the third step “Add the Subscribe2Widget to your sidebar in the Sidebar Widgets admin panel. Can someone tell a “dummies” how I go on?
