users Directory,users in tree form (Parent-child),Avatars

Please suggest plugin
We use wp plugin and p2 themes invite any one for registration (by sending a form of profile) we want
1- Invitee member should be link in tree form to the user who invites them.
2-Every user can see the profile of their invitee members and user can add their friends and relatives name, mobile number, e-mail etc as they know correctly in the directory and the added member should be link in the tree form with user. The member can use this mobile number as user id and a default/ automatic generated pass word can be send to their mobile number which they can change as accordingly.
3-User can add data in directory manually or( transfer them from excel to directory or directory to excel sheet)
4-Every member can use User name or e-mail id or mobile number as a USER NAME and PASSWORD as they made
5-every user have AVATARS(PHOTO)of their invitee in tree form like
