Hi – my maximum postage rate it 10lb & above = £15, but if I add an item to my basket that’s over that weight it sets the postage at £30 and adds £15 for every subsequent item – any ideas?! cheers, Nick

Depends on your configuration – if you have a flat rate set on top of the weight rate, that could cause an issue like this.

I think it was a few corrupt products – tried everything else then deleted and re-build a some of the product pages and now it’s fine…
