Progress of backup?

    Hey guys! I’m trying to backup for the second time with this great plugin, but it’s taking quite a long time. Is there any way to check how the backup is going? Or can I just expect for it to take some time? The first time it seemed to have taken 5-10 minutes, but this time I’ve been waiting for over a hour.

    Is it possible to implement some sort of progress bar, perhaps? 🙂

    Hi,

    Can you please tell me a bit more about your setup? Like the versions of WP, PHP and Backup you are using, the size of backup archives, post the output of the log file.

    I don’t really understand why you would want a progress bar, backups are supposed to be made behind the scenes.

    Well, it would be nice to see when it’s finished, so that I can download the backup. If it just runs in the background and there is no way to tell when it’s done, then how do you know when it’s done?

    It doesn’t really matter now, I found a backup plugin with a progress bar that worked just fine. Thanks anyway. 🙂

    The purpose of this plugin is to make backups to Google Drive.

    Anyway, I’m glad you found something that suits your needs.
