[Plugin: Cat Tag Filter] Choose default category in dropdown

Hi!
Is it possible to choose one category which will then appear as default one (on first place) in category drop-down list which is used in widget?
Now there are categories sorted by name, but I would like to be able to choose one which will be always first.
Hope that I wrote it understandable.
