Hope to stop plagiarism (important!)

    I have noticed some websites are using the RSS feed of my website (http://www.chinabuzz.net/) to copy all of our articles.

    One of the ugly content thieves is http://chinanews24.net/, powered by WordPress too.

    (Curiously, Google does not consider the reproduced articles in the thief website as duplicated ones, but ranking some of them even above our website in the search result.)

    I was not able to find its contact email through the website and whois.

    Please help advise me how to stop such content theft and protect my rights!
