Have been looking all over for an easy way to do this. In past have been “hacking the theme” to use jquery booklet.

But guess I am not understanding how to use this plugin. I add pictures to my test page. I then add the short code [wp_jquery_paged].

When viewing the page all I see are the standard pictures and the short code? Plugin is activated.

    Hope I am not being a ditz…

    Hello Texasbiz!

We’ll be adding some documentation shortly for this, hopefully to the plugin itself.

Adding the shortcode to the page is all you need to do to get the script working, but the images need to be added to the gallery (rather than to the page) and then you should give them an order. Here’s a screenshot to show you what I mean.

Just make sre you put an order on the gallery images. It’ll ignore images that do not have an order.

I got the reply below, but do not see it here.

Never heard of dropmocks, but it does not work for me and has made my virus program go crazy. So going to remove the plugin as very nervous now.

Not sure why you’d get virus warnings from dropmocks.

    Here’s a dropbox image here:

I’m sorry if you feel that a warning of a third party website (not affiliated with me or IvyCat) is enough to not use our plugin, but the source code is as freely available to read as any other WP plugin. Hopefully you reconsider, but if not, I hope you find what you are looking for.

I do not know either Daniel. Scared me. Running Microsoft Security Essentials and it freaked, freaking me out, LOL

I know you are a good guy, so we will just blame it on Bill Gates:) Something in page code triggered the scan.

Sorry for the scare, just got me all nervous.

Love your plugin and can’t wait to see more.

    Hello,
I am having the same problem as texsbiz had.
I have numbered the pages in the gallery and pasted the short code but all I get is the thunbnails and black arrows on the website.
    What do I try next?

    Hi willdrinn,

    A few questions:

    1. How many images in your gallery?
    2. What size are your images that you’re uploading?
    3. If you visit an image in the gallery, are there versions for: Original, Large, Medium, and Thumbnail?

    Thanks!
    Eric

    Hi Eric,
    Thanks for your reply,
There are only 10 images in the gallery
    The image sizes vary from 282 x 424 to 1500 x 1941 most are 750 x 971
Yes there is the ability to use original to thumbnail and I have tried both original and thumbnail neither work.

    Any ideas would be appreciated

    Hi Willdrinn,

Hmm. I’m not positive what’s going on.

You’ve made sure to give each of the images an order number within the page’s gallery, correct? Sounds like you did.

If you’d like, I’m happy to take a look. You can email or call with credentials. You can find our contact info here.

    Thanks,
    Eric

If you do find what the issue is, pls do share. I must have the same issue as @willdrinn.

I gave up, or should say had to move on to another job:) Still love to use.

    Howdy Al,

Just took a look at this and setup a test page where I uploaded some images I’d created and I couldn’t get it working.

My best guess is that there’s something broken in the plugin as I couldn’t get it to work on my testbed either.

Of course, our lead dev is out on vacation until mid next week, so I’ll do my best to look into this and post an update ASAP.

Worst case is that it’ll be end of next week.

So sorry for the inconvenience and I’ll update this thread when it’s fixed.

    Cheers,
    Eric

Dang. And I spent a couple of hours trying to get it working 2 months ago… So now I do not feel stupid, lol

    Hi texasbiz & Al,

Okay, I’ve just uploaded version 1.0.2, which fixes the issues with the pages not loading.

TexasBiz: please try updating the plugin and seeing if it works for you now.

Al (Willdrinn): I updated the plugin on your site and verified that it’s working by uploading and ordering images on the Draft page titled: IvyCat Test Page.

    Hope that helps!
