Translator Plugin not working with IE

Hi All
I am using the Translator Plugin..It works great with Mozilla, but with IE, it pushes the sidebar down the page when I click on one of the flags in a different language…My site os http://www.christian-dating-service-plus.com/. Any suggestions on how to correct this…?
